  1. Looks good Ivan. I personally think the black is a better fit for the photos, because it creates a strong contrast that captures the eye immediately; whereas the white just looks like every other portfolio shot out there.

    Also, on the topic of cutting out the front frame of your DIY light tent: go for it. Or try making another box and cutting it out first. The only downside I can see is that the entire structure becomes a little weaker, but still works beautifully thanks to the strong foundation at the bottom of the box.

    I liked the interior spread on the black but felt some of the exterior colors got a bit lost on the black and thus looked better against th white. Okay, that wasn’t much help, but hopefully it does somewhat.
