I reworked the transparency concept. Basically, it’s faux transparency films. It’s not “authentic,” but that quality’s still there, I believe.

this is definitely much cleaner, and much easier to update I’m sure. I think you’ve turned your original concept into something more workable and professional.
Take some more pictures for the background, though.
Thanks for the comment, Sam. Yeah, it’s definitely more workable. And I’m still considering your idea of changing the photo with the time of day. I may or may not do that exact thing, but something related to it. Just need to find a little bit of time to script.
